Sa Tanqueta is an innovative and contemporary project consisting of 24 apartments. 3 of these are 3 bedroom duplex apartments, the other 21 apartments have 2 bedrooms. The topography describes a sloping plane with seven meters of vertical decay. Taking this into account, it is decided to divide the proposed volume into seven cubes, in such a way that each of them allows the absorption of one metre of rub, making the building perfectly adapted to the terrain.
Two types of dwellings are designed, one of 120 square meters with two bedrooms and the other, developed as a duplex, of 180 square meters and three bedrooms.
The entrances are located in the interior of the block, an area in which many natural elements and green will come back.
It has been chosen for a dry and prefabricated construction system, made entirely of wood, the houses are fully composed of durable materials.
