Yourhosting is a hosting solution builder, with which we can make our website work optimally.
All data we collect is processed in a fair and lawful manner on the secure servers of Yourhosting. Yourhosting has an ISO 27001 certificate for data security.
The servers of Yourhosting are located in the Netherlands. Data processing does not take place outside the EU.
Yourhosting uses a Data Protection Officer to keep an eye on all procedures for processing your data. He watches over your privacy.

Mailchimp
We can exchange your data with MAILCHIMP. This is software for email marketing. Through data exchange, we monitor the effectiveness of our e-mail campaigns. Mailchimp can store, analyze and compile statistical and performance information based on and/or related to our use of their services, in an aggregated and anonymous format.

Guaranteeing the lawful and safe processing of personal data
Droomcasas processes your personal information consistently and honestly. This includes the following guarantees:

You can exercise your right to improvement by providing an additional statement to Droomcasas. Droomcasas will give effect within one (1) month of receiving the additional statement.
You also have the right to have your personal data erased by us without undue delay. You may only invoke this right to be forgotten in the following cases:
– Where the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were originally collected;
– Where the personal data were collected on the basis of obtained consent and no other legal basis exists for the processing;

Right to restrict/object to the processing of your personal data
User has the right to obtain a restriction on the processing of your personal data:
– During the period Droomcasas need to verify the accuracy of the personal data, in the event of a dispute;
– When the data processing is unlawful and user requests a restriction of processing instead of erasing the personal data;
– When Droomcasas no longer needs the user’s personal data for processing purposes and the user needs the personal data on a legal action;
– During the period that Droomcasas needs to assess the presence of the grounds for erasing personal data.
Furthermore, the user has the right at all times to object to the processing of his personal data. Droomcasas will then cease processing your personal data, unless Droomcasas may warrant compelling justified grounds for the processing of your personal data that outweigh the user’s right to object.

Right to withdraw my consent/right to file a complaint
